Reiki First & Second Degree Course

For Reiki 'First Degree' you will work through a multimedia study pack prior to the first day of your course. On Day One you will put into practice what you have learned and focus on practical energy work, guided by your Reiki teachers and in the company of other students.

At the end of Day One you will receive the multimedia study pack for Reiki 'Second Degree'. You will then have two weeks to go through your study pack prior to Day Two of your course. This gives you a good grounding in Second Degree Reiki allowing you to come to grips with the knowledge side of Reiki before arriving on Day Two.

Reiki First & Second Degree Course

Our second Indian Head Massage Diploma has just finished.  Comments have been very positive and everybody involved seemed to have had a great time including ourselves. 

We try to incorporate the ideas and comments made by students, improving and refining our delivery to future students advantage! 

The main comment over the two courses run has been that our practice based course excels above other courses which have been too theoretical, the latter while interesting does not equip the student with the necessary skills and confidence to deliver to the general public with the right professionalism.

Future - Watch for information on newly developed courses beginning with our Reiki Practitioners Course (Reiki 1 & 2).

Our next course is due to commence in early spring 2008. We expect high demand for places so its probably advisable to book your place early!!

We thought you might like to know that our Indian Head Massage Course proved to be very popular and the feed back from the students has been excellent!

For ourselves, we are so pleased to hear that people enjoyed our course and that they thought it was money well spent.

There was learning on both sides as the students themselves came up with really interesting and important points for us. We had some great discussions around Indian Head Massage and setting up your own practice, many of the students bringing their own personal experiences to bear.

This is what adult learning is all about learning together, working hard and still having a lot of fun in the process.

The front of the Five Human shop is a fully stocked gift shop selling a wide range of unusual and original gifts from prayer flags to hand made clocks to sophisticated jewellery! We remain constantly on the lookout for new products which might enthral our customers and because of this our stock changes often and thats more interesting isnt it?

Some stuff has been very popular and we have expanded particular ranges that suit our customers for example Crystals, Troll Beads and meditation cushions!

It has been hard work but also very enjoyable work but its paying off.  More and more customers are coming to Five Human for that elusive original gift or that total unwind and relaxing experience of a wonderful massage!

In the past year Five Human has expanded its range of therapies on offer to include hypnotherapy, reflexology and person centred counselling. That's not all in the near future you can look out for two new therapies Advanced Remedial massage which can target painful injuries aiding in the healing process and Thai body work often called 'lazy mans yoga' good for everyone but especially good for sports man and women !

Tailored on site services to companies will become a more common feature.  The feedback from already involved companies has been very positive and we hope to expand this side of our work drawing on our previous skills in group work and communication.
