Meditation is a simple technique which can be learned in a. few minutes. However to gain any benefits from it, it has to be mastered. This can only be achieved through a commitment to regular practice and right understanding of the process.
We offer help through encouraging you and guiding you through the practice in your own meditation room/space available at Five Human. Meditation studies have shown that meditation can: • reduce stress and anxiety • reduce chronic pain • improve general health vitally and esteem • increase your enjoyment in life • Improve your concentration and help you learn to relax A meditation session will include the theory of meditation, meditation techniques and practice time
